No. We do not accept insurance for visits and memberships, which allows us to save healthcare administration time and money. These savings are passed to our patients and allow us to create an affordable membership subscriptions. If you have insurance, you may use it to pay for labs, imaging, and prescriptions if covered by your insurance.

No. At this time we are unable to see any patient who has Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare insurance, even if you are agreeable to pay cash. We hope to change this policy in the future.

Generally, this is an adult practice. However, we can treat ages 15+ for skin care, physicals, and some primary care or acute visits.

We currently provide services to patients who live in Florida only. If you're located in Florida and are interested in our services through telehealth we're here to help!

In addition to the monthly membership fee, there is a one-time, nonrefundable enrollment fee of $50/patient.

There is a re-enrollment fee of $100/patient that must be paid to reactivate an account that is allowed to lapse without payment for 45 days or more, or that has been voluntarily terminated by the patient.
